1 Egg 50g Butter (softened) 75g Honey 50g Ground Almond 1 Tsp Almond Extract 200g Plain Flour Beat together Eggs, Butter, Honey and Almond. Add Almond Extract. Sift together flour and baking powder then add gradually to the mix. Wrap in cling film and leave to rest for at least 30 mins. Preheat Oven to 180. Roll out dough to about 5mm thick on a floured surface cut with cutters, place on baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins. |
